Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Pocket 3D mobile application ("the app") for iOS and Android, published by Codigic Solutions ("we", "us"). It explains what the app does and does not do with information on your device.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect personal information. Specifically, the app does not gather your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, or usage analytics.

The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service and no tracking of any kind.

Your 3D model files

When you open an STL file, the app reads it from your device's storage in order to display it. That file:

• is never uploaded to us or to any third party;
• is never copied off your device;
• is read only while you are viewing it.

Files that you share into Pocket 3D from another app are placed by the operating system into the app's own private storage area, where only Pocket 3D can read them. You can remove them at any time by deleting the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Information stored on your device

The app keeps a short list of recently opened files so you can reopen them quickly. This list contains the file name, its size, its triangle count and the time you opened it. It is stored in the app's private storage on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Network access

The released app makes no network requests. It does not require an internet connection and functions fully offline.

On Android, the app declares the local-network permission. This is used solely by development builds to connect to a developer's local machine while the app is being built. It is not used in the released app and sends nothing anywhere.

Permissions

• File access — used only to read an STL file that you explicitly choose through the system file picker, or that you deliberately share into the app. The app cannot browse your storage on its own.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third parties

We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Note that if you download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, those stores operate under their own privacy policies covering the download and payment process. We receive no personal information from them beyond aggregate, anonymous statistics that they may publish to developers.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it does with your information, this policy will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
